Academic requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s students in law, security and international crisis studies, international economics and management, political science, international cooperation, international relations, strategic studies, crisis management, engineering, languages and linguistic mediation, development economics, anthropology, sociology, or global studies.
- Recent graduates within 18 months in the same fields.
- There is no minimum grade requirement; the assessment is based on the coherence of the academic path, motivation, and thematic alignment.
Language skills
- Knowledge of a foreign language among English, Spanish, and French. The minimum required level is B2, certified or self-declared.
- Any international experience (Erasmus, exchanges, summer schools, volunteering abroad) is considered an advantage.
Technical and soft skills
Basic knowledge of: the 2030 Agenda, development cooperation, human rights, migration, project management and project cycle principles, intercultural communication, teamwork, problem-solving, stress management, synthesis skills, geopolitics, and digital skills (Microsoft Office suite, collaborative tools, data literacy).
Motivation and value alignment
- Interest in international cooperation, sustainable development, diplomacy, security, or working in global contexts.
- Alignment with the values of equity, inclusion, sustainability, and respect for human rights.
