Asylum and Immigration Table - ARCI

Filippo Miraglia, born in 1964, lives in the province of Rimini with his wife Monia and three sons. A physics graduate, he has been teaching for over a decade in upper secondary schools. He has contributed to the promotion of several campaigns against racism and in favor of migrants, including the Italy I am too campaign and the most recent I welcome. He currently works in Rome as an ARCI immigration officer. He was vice president of ARCI from 2014 to 2018 and from 2016 to 2020 president of ARCS, the ARCI NGO that deals with international cooperation and solidarity. He currently works in Rome as immigration officer of ARCI and is president of the Officine Solidali Consortium, the first ARCI consortium made up of the main entities that deal with the reception of asylum seekers and refugees.
