Filippo was directly immersed in the various activities of the company from a young age; starting from production and international sales, to leading the sales and marketing teams in the De Lorenzo offices in Mexico and Brazil. These experiences, coupled with his strong business sense, have enabled him to possess a comprehensive vision and understanding of De Lorenzo's operations in different markets, as well as the ability to identify new opportunities. As Business Development Director, Filippo is responsible for strategic operations planning, aimed at driving new business and partnership opportunities for De Lorenzo. Motivated by his strong passion for developing youth skills, Filippo's goal is to maintain De Lorenzo's reputation as a global leader in the manufacture and supply of educational equipment for technical and vocational education and training (TVET).
